Description: Bridges serves people living with an Intellectual or Physical Disability, Severe/Persistent Mental Illness, or Traumatic Brain Injury. We support people living on their own, with family, in a residential setting, or those who want to move from one type of setting to another. In order to better serve the entire state of Missouri we have two different organizations. Bridges Community Support Services provides services to individuals who live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area while Bridges of Missouri serves residents of all areas of Missouri outside of the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
