Information Technology and Records Management
The Information Technology (IT) and Records Management Team (RIM) is responsible for providing strategic technology direction, the organization's IT systems and support, IT operational policies and
standards, and coordinating major PLB initiatives including: IT project management, managing the PLB's Information Governance budget,
technologies and applications in use internally and by funded agencies, and the PLB's public and internal websites.
In addition to providing support and guidance to the staff and Board of PLB, the team provides support to over 300 agency users who access PLB systems.
