The Productive Living Board for St. Louis County Citizens with Developmental Disabilities has partnered with the State of Missouri's Department of Mental Health, Division of Developmental Disabilities in the Partnership for Hope Waiver.

 

The Partnership for Hope Waiver began in 2010 and is a county-based waiver that serves adults and children. It has a total annual service cost limit of $12,362 per participant. Eligibility requirements for participants include: Being eligible for Medicaid, meeting eligibility criteria for Division of DD services, meets ICF/ID Level of Care, and the participants needs can be met with waiver services not exceeding $12,362.
