Are the references for the agency or for the therapist? It would be a breach of ethics for a therapist to use a former client as a reference. | The PLB is looking for references from other entities that fund this service or has experience working with the applicant's counseling services. Please provide the contact information for an individual that can provide a reference for the participant's experience providing counseling services.
