| 1. Is the deadline for transmission August 1st or August 11th. There are two different dates on the RFP.
2. On Exhibit A, question 1 bullet 4 and 5 if an FTP program is not available would PLB be open to other means of uploading a NACHA file or would this eliminate Midwest BankCentre from the bid process.
| Deadline is Aug 11 and FTP program for uploading NACHA file is required.
