Will the PLB staff software developer be responsible for the actual web site build-out from approved design? It is correct that the final coding and testing of the website will be the responsibility of our programmer/developer, however, the creative team can choose to "sandbox" the website to show flow and functionality of the proposed concept. Once the site is developed and completed and handed off to PLB, the PLB programmer/developer will interface the new website code with the existing functionality of the PLB website, portals and systems. In addition, all proposed content (text, graphics, audio, video, social media, etc) needs to be formatted so as to meet WC3 Priority 1 Accessibility Guidelines so that all visitors can access the content regardless of the platform (desktop, tablet, mobile, facilitator, etc) a visitor would use.

RFP states agency needs to secure images. For estimating purposes, should we assume stock, photoshoot, or existing library to choose from? And without having site map/wireframes, it's difficult to estimate number of images required. Can you give us a range as far as number of images required? For estimate purposes, stock photos are assumed. The number of photos and stock images would be directly proportional to the number of main sections/pages built for the target audiences. The photos should be selected to portray a theme representative to the target audience sections described.

It states we will be working with your programming/development partner. While we must design to accomodate WC3 Priority 1 Accessibility Guidelies, ultimately it will be responsibility of developer to insure compliance. Is that correct? Duplicate question.

With the additional target audiences, we assume there may be additional pages of content to write/populate. In order to provide accurate estimate for copywriting services, how many pages of new/additional content to you envision agency writing/re-writing? While the target audiences have been identified, the number of pages per target audience has not. The creative team is asked to include in their proposal the use of the "storyboard" for the proposed website highlighting PLB's communication with the 8 target audiences. We feel that the number of pages will be directly related and predicated on the concept proposed by the creative team.
