Core System

The Core Accounting system will consist of the following modules:

• General Ledger

• Accounts Payable

• Accounts/Notes Receivable

• Fixed Assets

• Financial Modeling and Budgeting

The word “Core” will refer to these modules throughout this document.

Productive Living Board has chosen Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 as the production database. The Core and all modules must integrate with Microsoft SQL Server 7.0.

The Core will reside on a single server of a three-server network sharing information with 15 users in the ring.
