  • June 28, 2000 - RFP Issued Done
  • July 10, 2000, 9:00 a.m. - Pre-bid conference at PLB Offices. This session will be given by PLB Staff responsible for this project. All vendors and other interested parties are urged to attend. In addition with sharing the plan overview, PLB staff will entertain questions from vendor and others in attendance. Need Directions? Done
  • July 10, 2000 - August 3, 2000 - Questions may be asked online.
  • August 4, 2000 - Proposals are due in the PLB office no later 3:00 p.m. (proposals received after 3:00 p.m. will be viewed as non-responsive and will not be included for consideration. (Proposals sent electronically or via email will NOT be accepted)
  • August 5, 2000 - October 31, 2000 - Proposals will be reviewed by PLB Staff.
  • November 13,2000 - Staff recommendation to Board.
  • November 20, 2000 - Final decision will be made by full Board.
