Mailing List Management

 

The “mailing list” is used as the central repository for names and addresses of agencies, consumers, contact individuals, and those individuals who have requested to receive material from PLB.  PLB desires the ability to have a mailing list solution that will allow a single database that will support all of PLB’s modules, interfaces with Microsoft Word, label printers and any other Microsoft compatible programs.

 

Most of the fields in the mailing list module should be user definable, and allow multiple categorical descriptions of a record.  Also, included should be a notes and/or comment field for further definition.
