Kim Kopff
Director of Program Services and Quality
Kim Kopff has more than 35 years of experience providing services and supports assisting people with developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals. Kim joined the PLB in 2008 as the Director of Program Services and Quality with the PLB expanding opportunities for St. Louis County Citizens with Developmental Disabilities. Kim is most proud of her work with the Employment Initiative, started in 2011 by the PLB. The Initiative started by bringing together all of the employment providers in St. Louis County and turned into a region wide effort which has resulted in increased employment opportunities and continues to move forward today. Prior to joining the PLB Kim served as the Director of Quality and Training with the St. Louis Arc. During her 26 years with the St. Louis Arc Kim provided direct service provision, team leadership, staff training, quality enhancement, program development and management within Community Integration, Employment and Leisure Services departments.
Kim holds a Master's degree in Management from Webster University and has served on a variety of local and state Boards working towards full inclusion of persons with disabilities in the community.
