Can you provide more information about the Minor Files that are referenced within each module. How many files are there, where does the data reside type of information?

Concerning the references requested as part of our RFP response, what exact information do you want for each reference? Are you looking for the name of an individual that you can call?

In section 3.5, item a of the RFP, you reference our "proposed approach to the scope of work" as a selection criteria. Are you wanting to see our proposed approach for Phase I, Phase II or both as part of our RFP response?

In section 3.5, item c of the RFP, you state the PLB staff will review "software written by the organization". However, I don't see that we are to include any software code with our response. At what level do you want to review software we have written? Do you want us to include code samples?

In your Productive Living Board Meeting Minutes from October 3, 2001, under the section titled Contract for Accounting/ERP/Business Management Software and Software Development, item B, it appears that you awarded a contract to William Byrnes and Associates to provide custom software development. This looks to be the same software development as described as being Phase II of the project in the RFP currently our for bid. Can you tell us why you did not go ahead with the project last fall?

On the diagram on page 21 of the RFP, Mailing List is indicated to be a custom module. On page 8, Mailing List Management is listed as a part of Great Plains. Which is correct?

On the diagram on page 26 of the RFP, Fixed Assets is indicated to be a custom module. On page 8, Fixed Assets is listed as a part of Great Plains. Which is correct?

Some custom modules (based on the legend) are included in several of the diagrams contained in the RFP which are not specifically indicated to be in scope. I wanted to verify that this is true. · Agency Information (pages 14-17 and 28) · Bids (page 26) · Professional Services (page 26) · Agency Direct Deposit (page 26) · Quarterly Reporting (page 28)

On page 32 of the RFP is a list of reports to "be created and/or customized by Vendor". These reports were not mentioned as part of the project scope at Monday's pre-bid conference. Are they part of the scope?
