Description: F.A.C.T.'s main purpose it to ensure that parents of children with disabilities or adults with disabilities within a family have the supports they need so that they might learn to navigate the resources within a community. We work to empower parents/individuals so that they might have a voice at the table, know all their options, and be able to work through any challenge or difficulty all of which leads to independence and the ability to navigate within the community.
