The Recreation Council of Greater St. Louis serves St. Louis City, St. Louis County and St. Charles County Citizens with Developmental Disabilities.

The Recreation Council of Greater St. Louis is funded in part by the Saint Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources; The Productive Living Board for St. Louis County Citizens with Developmental Disabilities; The Developmental Disabilities Resource Board of St. Charles County;  private donations; and fundraising events.
