This web cast will feature a discussion on reasons community rehabilitation agencies need to improve their networking in order to increase business relationships. It is important to explore and utilize networking strategies if we are to increase the employment of people with disabilities. The web cast will focus and provide information on why networking is important and a give the viewer a chance to listen and interact with a large business who is committed to the recruitment of non-traditional workers including people with disabilities. The presenters, Howard Green with VCU- RRTC (Virginia Commonwealth University) and Layne Thome with Home Depot, will lead this web cast.
